Aufgaben
**\#Working at DaVita**: What you can expect
- You will drive the development, implementation, and enforcement of DaVita’s international compliance program based on global compliance strategies and priorities, and at the same time take the lead on a number of Germany-specific compliance topics. International topics include anti-corruption, antitrust and economic sanctions compliance; country-specific topics such as medical devices, patient rights, and the billing of healthcare services.
- You will work in close consultation with the compliance team at DaVita International’s headquarters in London and cooperate with the local compliance contacts in our medical care centers (MVZs) - together you will implement the DaVita compliance guidelines and procedures.
- You will be a member of the German executive management team and of Germany’s Risk Committee and serve as a strategic partner in identifying and evaluating existing and evolving business and compliance risks.
- You will ensure that compliance training, approval processes, audits, risk assessments, and internal investigations run smoothly.
- You will actively contribute your ideas and expertise to international special projects, helping to shape our compliance program worldwide.
- You will report directly to the International Chief Compliance Officer (CCO), or designee, and the CEO Germany, and will therefore be closely involved in strategic decisions.

Qualifikation

- You have successfully completed a degree in economics, accounting or law, ideally with links to business or a comparable field.
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in the area of compliance or internal control systems, for example in industry, at a service company, an international law firm, or an audit firm.
- You are familiar with the auditing and consulting environment and think in a structured, solution-oriented, and practical manner.
- Ideally, you have experience in the German healthcare system, but this is not a must. What counts is your openness to familiarizing yourself with new topics.
- You speak and write fluent German and English and are confident in an international context.
- You have sound legal knowledge and a good feel for numbers, contexts, and details.
- You work independently, contribute ideas, and have organizational skills. You have the executive presence necessary to establish and maintain credibility with business and clinical leaders.
- You communicate clearly, analyze quickly, and enjoy working in a team. Above all, you are keen to develop professionally and personally and to contribute with full commitment.
