Then join us as **Supervisor Banquet Reception (M/F/d)** and take on a key role in our Events & Banqueting team. Two brands - endless possibilities

Your key responsibilities include:

- **Lead and coordinate daily operations** at the Banquet Reception
- **Welcome and host event guests;** act as contact person for organizers
- **Manage guest packages**, daily reports, and phone/fax billing
- **Handle** short-term **event bookings and contracts in Opera**:

- **Support operational service** and **collaborate with Banquet and Convention Sales** teams
- **Ensure guest satisfaction** throughout the event area
- **Fulfill individual guest requests** during events
- Communicate last-minute changes to the banquet team
- **Create menu cards and signage for events**:

- **Deliver exceptional service** experiences together with your team

**Be able.**
- Experience in event operations and initial leadership experience
- Solution-oriented mindset, even under pressure
- Strong hospitality skills and organizational talent
- Confident communication in German and English; additional languages are a plus
- Motivation to grow and lead by example
