dreieins Innovative Pädagogik gGmbH is a recognized independent youth welfare organization that has stood for a special creative and performance-oriented approach to educational work for 20 years. Based on a special educational concept, we educate and care for a total of around 900 children with 250 teachers in daycare centers and elementary school in Berlin and Aachen. For our dreieins Bilinguale Kita Berlin-Kaulsdorf we are now looking for a

**English-speaking educator (M/F/d)**
**for the pedagogical team coordination of the bilingual daycare center**

**What tasks await you**:

- First point of contact for all matters within the team of 5-6 employees
- The practical guidance of colleagues with a non-German language of origin until they are recognized as pedagogical specialists
- Passing on daily updated information from the management to the team members and team-specific information to the management
- Ensuring the practical implementation of pedagogical content and monthly planning, in particular through active, participatory coordination
- Actively participating in the development of the team
- Leading and participating in development discussions with team members
- Authority to issue instructions for the implementation of these tasks
- Maintaining an intensive educational partnership through regular development meetings with the families and corresponding documentation
- Analysis and assessment of observation results according to pedagogical principles, such as the level of development, motivation and social behavior, as well as knowledge, skills and learning progress, psychological stability and behavioral problems
- Professional exchange with the head of the facility and the pedagogical specialists in the group
- Holistic support for our children in the creative, cognitive, emotional and motor areas
- Preparation and implementation of developmentally appropriate educational activities and projects as part of the dreieins creativity pedagogy and the Berlin education program
- Preparation and follow-up as well as conducting parent meetings
- Acclimatizing children, observing their development, keeping a language learning diary and creating development reports using the PC-supported GABIP program
- Participation in team meetings, the annual dreieins training days and supervisions

**What do you bring with you**:

- State-recognized training as an educator or a foreign educational degree
- Professional experience in a kindergarten or comparable institution, ideally with management experience
- Organized and structured way of working and confident handling of challenges
- Strong communication skills in English and German language skills of at least level B2
- Above-average commitment and pleasure in setting professional impulses
- Interest in bilingual education and ideally international experience
