**About Kita Kinzigstraße**
Our day care centre Kinzigstraße (50 children, 3 groups, team of 16 multi-professional educators) works both inclusivly and bilingually in accordance to the immersion concept (German and English). Our pedagogical approach is child-centred and focuses on the development of personal characteristics and skills.
**The position**

- **Working hours**: 30 to 40 hours per week
- **Salary**: transparent and participatively developed in-house rate

In your daily work as an Early Childhood Educator, you will have the opportunity to help developing the concept, creatively implement your own pedagogical focus and learn with and from each other as part of the team.

**Your profile**
- You possess relevant education in the pedagogical field, preferably with a NVQ level 2 / 3 in Early Childhood Education or a university degree (B.A. Early Childhood Education/ B.A. Social Work etc.)
- If you have a foreign degree, it should be officially recognised by the Berlin Senate. Preferably, you should be able to work as ‘Fachkraft’. It’s also possible to get recognised as Quereinsteiger ‘Verwandte Berufsgruppen’/‘Sonstige geeignete Person’/‘Native Speaker’
- You possess English (native speaker level or at least C1) as well as German language skills language (B2 level or higher, certified)
- You have a keen interest in and / or practical experience in the field of Special Needs Education / Inclusive Work
- You describe yourself as a self-initiative, creative person and contributional team member
