**Your Responsibilities**
As our new Client Services Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting RepRisk's growth and global reach by providing product and service-related support to our clients and partners operating in different industries and functions, such as banking, insurance, investment management, non
- financial multinationals. You will be part of our global Sales & Marketing division and report to the Client Services Team Lead, based in Toronto, Canada. Moreover, you will:
- Work and function as a team player in a cross-cultural team with your colleagues based in Europe, Asia, and North America to deliver best-in-class client support to RepRisk’s global base of +550 clients and partners
- Support client onboarding processes
- Deal with incoming client requests during CET office hours
- Independently execute the production and delivery of standard RepRisk products for clients (e.g., reports, data exports and feeds) and other client-related administrative tasks
- Cooperate with other internal stakeholders (e.g., the Sales, Management, IT, Products, Operations) to solve client-related queries, as well as to develop and execute internal projects
- Support RepRisk's position as a leading ESG service provider by maintaining the high-quality service standards of RepRisk
**Qualifications**:
**You Offer**
- A Bachelor’s Degree of a respected university or college
- 2-3 years of experience in client-oriented positions, preferably in the financial industry or data provider space
- Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
- Data-driven and innovation-driven attitude with high analytical and structured thinking, organized, solution-oriented, and efficient in execution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proficiency in English, every other language is a plus
- You are comfortable working both in a team and independently, in an international and dynamic environment.
- Previous experience with data delivery systems (e.g., S-FTP, Cloud) and familiarity with financial markets data are a plus
