Working Student

**The Role**:
**AMX**is an** award-winning IT consultancy**specialising in work management, collaboration & digital transformation for medium & large enterprises. As the **leading Smartsheet and Miro partner in Europe**, we help organisations increase productivity & drive innovation. In order to further expand our success, you will support our management team as a **working student / intern - Executive Assistant & Business Operations (M/F/d)** with a wide range of administrative and organisational tasks. You will gain exciting insights into company processes and take on responsibility in the following areas:

- ** General administrative support for manageme**nt** in day-to-day business
- Preparing presentations and creating reports and analyses
- Conducting **research**on potential customers, markets and industries
- Supporting management with various **ad-hoc tasks**:

- ** Organising**and **coordinating**meetings, appointments and events
- Maintaining data and documentation in internal systems (e.g. Salesforce, Smartsforce)

**Your profile**:

- You are **studying**for a **Bachelor's or Master's degree** and are interested in software solutions
- You have a **structured** and **analytical**way of working and are quick on the uptake
- You are able to communicate complex ideas effectively and convincingly
- You are **passionate about software** and digital technologies and want to help shape the future
- You enjoy working with people at all levels and have a high level of empathy
- You are a team player and feel comfortable in a dynamic, international environment
- You are fluent in English and German
