Der **Werkstudent Support (m/w/d)**berichtet an unseren **Director Technical Support**und wird **ein wichtiger Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden sein.**

Als **Werkstudent Support (m/w/d)**bei 1WorldSync bist du unter anderem für folgende Aufgaben zuständig:

- Du unterstützt den 1st Level Support bei der Entgegennahme von Telefonaten und E-Mails unserer deutschen und internationalen Kunden- Du identifizierst und behebst Störungen in enger Absprache mit den Fachbereichen- Du dokumentierst die eingehenden Serviceanfragen in unserem Ticketsystem
- Du arbeitest eng mit den Kollegen des 2nd Level Supports zusammen, um Anfragen zu deeskalieren

**Erforderliche Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen**:

- Du bist aktuell an einer Hochschule eingeschrieben und auf der Suche nach einer spannenden und herausfordernden Werkstudententätigkeit- Du hast idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrungen in der Kundenbetreuung gesammelt- Du verfügst über eine hohe Lernbereitschaft, Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Teamfähigkeit sowie Serviceorientierung
- Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch

- Interesse sich mit komplexen Aufgabenstellungen auseinander zu setzen
- Du hast eine Affinität für moderne Technologien

As **Working Student Support (M/F/d)**at 1WorldSync, responsibilities include the following:
- You identify and resolve faults in close consultation with the specialist departments- You document incoming service requests in our ticket system
- You work closely with colleagues in 2nd level support to de-escalate requests

**Required Skills and Experience**:
- You are currently enrolled at a university and looking for an exciting and challenging working student position- Ideally, you have already gained some experience in customer service- You have a high willingness to learn, communication skills, teamwork and service orientation
- You have a good command of German and English
