Supply Technician PMO

**Purpose**: Direct the classification, indexing, cataloging, and storage of books, technical manuals, periodicals, papers, reports and documents stored on various media (including electronic). Review current literature to determine specific items or data that may be of value to Company and/or customers and conduct research and investigations and take the necessary steps to secure such information. Provide assistance to technical personnel by conducting library research.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to fulfill each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Perform duties, which include routine but varied clerical duties in accordance with performance work statement, section standard operating procedures, and company policies. Maintain records and databases, prepare forms, verify information, and resolve problems.
- Develop and maintain cataloging methodology to facilitate to storage and retrieval of documents stored in the library.
- Conduct research and investigations of technical manuals and related publications.
- Provide recommendations to the customer as to storage conversion and retrieval of existing documentation to electronic format.
- Conduct on-line document reference service.
- Generate charts, graphs, and reporting documents.
- Maintain a daily timesheet and daily manning report and ensuring times are accurate.
- Assist Section Supervisor in processing administrative related task orders involving his/her section.

**Qualification & Experience Requirements**:The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization. Note: US Citizenship is required for facility credentials/authorization at this work location.
- Must have or be able to obtain a US Passport.
- High school diploma or equivalent. 1 year of related experience.
- Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Valid driver’s license
- Applicant must have excellent English writing skills with knowledge of proper punctuation usage and grammar.
- Must be able to meet and maintain all base access security requirements.
- Must be able to meet and maintain all Logistic Information System (LIS) access requirements (Common Access Card).

**Specialized knowledge and skills**:

- Experience in an U.S. military logistics and maintenance environment including Armored Brigade Combat Team (ABCT) equipment knowledge is a plus.
- Experience in producing military reports and memorandums
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English. Proficiency in German is preferred.

- Must be able to endure long hours (overtime as required)
- Ability to perform job duties efficiently and effectively up to a 48-hour work week.

**WORK ENVIRONMENT**
- Typical office environment with no unusual hazards, mainly sitting and constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, must possess planning/organizing skills, and must be able to work under deadlines.
- May be required to deploy on missions on short notice at the direction of the PMO.
