The newly established in-house fire department of Tesla Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg needs **your enthusiasm for fire protection, your commitment—**and you
You will serve as a platoon leader (Zugführer) and squad leader (Gruppenführer) in active duty, regularly taking on the role of the on-duty incident commander, holding full operational responsibility for our fire brigade. Additionally, you will oversee a specialized area of our services in workshops, production facilities, and support units.
**What You'll Do**
- Full-time role as a platoon leader (Zugführer) and squad leader (Gruppenführer) in our fire brigade
- Regularly serving as the on-duty incident commander (EvD)
- Taking responsibility for a specialized field, such as respiratory protection, vehicles & equipment, or fire monitoring systems (FMAZ)
- Training and educating our full-time and part-time fire brigade personnel
- Organizing daily schedules and ensuring the operational availability of the assigned fire station unit
- Supporting organizational and preventive fire protection measures
- Providing expert advice to all departments on fire, personal, and explosion protection, as well as hazardous work
**What You'll Bring**
- Qualification for the senior fire service (gehobener feuerwehrtechnischer Dienst) in accordance with the regulations for training and examination of the senior fire service in the state of Brandenburg
- Full respiratory protection suitability according to G 26.3 and FwDV 7
- Class B driving license
- English proficiency required (B1/B2 level)
- Ideally, you already have additional training and qualifications, such as respiratory protection equipment maintenance, equipment maintenance, or industrial fire technician certification
