**About the role**:
As Team Lead QA (all genders) at buycycle, you will ensure the highest quality standards across our platforms by leading and scaling our QA processes. You will manage a team of QA engineers, focusing on both manual and automated testing strategies. Your goal is to deliver a bug-free app and maintain a seamless, reliable user experience across all our platforms.

**Your responsibilities**:

- You lead and manage a team of QA engineers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
- You develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies, including manual and automated testing.
- You collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address product issues early in the development cycle.
- You monitor and enhance the efficiency of CI/CD testing pipelines.
- You ensure detailed bug tracking, reporting, and resolution processes using tools like JIRA.

**About you**:

- You have 5+ years of experience in QA, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- You are proficient in automation testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- You have a strong understanding of QA processes, methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
- You have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
- You are a proactive leader with a passion for improving product quality and team performance.
