**Deine Aufgaben**:
Als Primary Loan Execution Spezialist*in arbeitest du an der Strukturierung, Verhandlung und Koordinierung spezifischer Kredittransaktionen. Im Bereich Primary Loan Execution liegt der Fokus auf Konsortialkredite für Multinationale Kunden und Großkunden wie auch für den Mittelstand. Du unterstützt bei der Durchführung von Transaktionen und bei der Verhandlung mit Kunden und Banken. Um Finanzierungsmandate zu gewinnen und umzusetzen, arbeitest du sehr eng in Deal-Teams zusammen, die sich je nach Transaktion neu zusammensetzen. Im Rahmen der Durchführung der Transaktionen erstellst, prüfst und verhandelst du Mandatsvereinbarungen wie auch Term Sheets und bist für die Vertragsdokumentation mit dem Kunden und den beteiligten Banken zuständig.

**Dein Profil**:

- Betriebswirtschaftliche oder rechtswissenschaftliche Ausbildung (wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium, Jura-Studium, Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, Bankakademie etc.) oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
- Allgemeine betriebswirtschaftliche oder juristische Kenntnisse, Branchenkenntnisse
- Gute analytische Fähigkeiten neben einem Grundverständnis für Kapitalmarktinstrumente
- Gute PC- und speziell MS Office Anwenderkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Sicheres Auftreten, hohe Kommunikations
- und Überzeugungsfähigkeit
- Selbstständiges Arbeiten im Team mit hoher Eigeninitiative ist unerlässlich
- Deutsch und Englisch müssen unbedingt fließend und verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift beherrscht werden, weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
