**Change Management Specialist - 1 year contract** At SumUp, small business owners are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a Change Management Specialist to join our Change Management Team. In this role you will be streamlining communications from stakeholders within the company to the Knowledge Management and Learning&Development teams in order to provide the Customer Support Team with all the information and updates they'll need to perform their tasks. **What you'll do**: - Handle the flow of information and updates to Customer Support from other departments in the form of Jira tickets, Confluence and slack updates - Communicate urgent issues such as payout delays and service errors to agents, activating IVR messages, coordinating CRM campaigns - Act as the primary point of contact for any update or new flow impacting customer support, coordinating the content, templates and training changes within the Enablement function - Connect the Customer Support teams with the product teams, potentially raising and finding solutions to known issues with the help of stakeholders - Contribute to projects by creating documentation and flowcharts and providing feedback **You'll be great for this role if you have**: - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask - You have experience in Customer Support or Operations related roles - Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus - Previous experience in Project Management is a plus **Why you should join SumUp** - We're a truly global team of 3000+ people from 60+ countries, spread across 3 continents - We get together regularly for breakfasts, team events, office parties and sports - You'll receive an annual budget for attending conferences and external training - We offer a corporate pension scheme, 28 days' paid leave, subsidised Urban Sports Club membership and other great benefits - You'll be based in the heart of Berlin, one of Europe's leading tech hubs and most vibrant cities **_About SumUp_** - We believe in the everyday hero._ - Small business owners are at the heart of all we do, so we create powerful, easy-to-use financial solutions to help them run their businesses.
