Aufgaben:

- Sie sind verantwortlich für die projektbezogene Auftragsabwicklung der technischen Dokumentation (Montageund Betriebsanleitungen).
- Zudem übernehmen Sie die termin-, qualitäts
- und kostengerechte Erstellung der technischen Dokumentation in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen (u. a. Design, Engineering, Automation, Global Product Management)
- Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören die Abstimmung von Projektterminen mit dem Order and Project Management und dieVerantwortung für die Lieferung der technischen Dokumentation an interne (v. a. Installation, Commissioning) und externe Kunden.
- Sie stellen die Vollständigkeit der Dokumentation von Zulieferern in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Purchasing sicher.
- Außerdem koordinieren Sie externe Dienstleister (z. B. Redakteure, Übersetzer, Grafiker) und arbeiten in internationalen Projektteams mit.
- Sie arbeiten an Standardisierungsprojekten, erstellen und pflegen Vorlagen und setzen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Concept Manager Digital Documentation digitale und modulare Dokumentationskonzepte in Aufträgen um.

Anforderung:

- Sie haben ein technisches Studium mit Affinität zur Gestaltung und Dokumentation bzw. ein Studium der technischenRedaktion oder technischen Kommunikation erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder verfügen über vergleichbare Qualifikationen.
- Sie bringen Freude an technischer Redaktionsarbeit und an der Koordination der Arbeiten mit anderen Fachabteilungen mit.
- Zudem haben Sie ein gutes technisches Verständnis, besitzen idealerweise Kenntnisse im Bereich Papiermaschinen und sind bereit, sich in die eingesetzten Dokumentationssysteme einzuarbeiten.
- Deutsch und Englisch beherrschen Sie sehr gut in Wort und Schrift.
- Abgerundet wird Ihr Profil durch eine strukturierte, gewissenhafte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie eine ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeit.
