We are hiring a Microsoft Systems Administrator to join our Global IT Operations team. We are a forward-thinking, technology consulting company and in this role, you will help support the backbone infrastructure of the business

In addition to providing support to a Windows 10 end user computing environment, you will support the IT needs of a geographically dispersed workforce using common remote access/desktop technologies. You will prepare, configure, and ship IT equipment to team members in the field. You will prepare and automate monthly reports for the business using your knowledge of programming languages, querying, and commercial-off-the-shelf software products. This role will ideally sit in Mannheim, Germany (flexible/hybrid schedule), or remotely within Spain or the EU.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Experience with Windows 10
- Strong ability to research and resolve technical problems
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills: ability to support senior leaders

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience managing and administering an Office 365 enterprise environment
- Experience with SharePoint on-premises or online
- Experience managing on-premises or Azure Active Directory
- Experience with using Microsoft Project and/or Visio
- Experience developing SQL-based queries, reports

**Requirement**:

- 2+ years of experience in a Helpdesk or System Administrator role
- Currently enrolled student pursuing bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or another related field
