**Your Responsibilities**:

- Supporting in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives tailored to the wider insurance industry and our members and partners ecosystem (insurers and reinsurers, tech players, industry giants, etc.)
- Contributing to the analysis and evaluation of market trends and competitive landscapes in the wider financial services sector with a specific focus on insurance and reinsurance
- Participating in the creation of business cases and market analyses relevant to the ecosystem
- Supporting in customer service and optimizing service processes, with a focus on improving members and partner retention and satisfaction with creating an excellent customer lifetime value.
- Participating in cross-functional projects and workshops addressing insurance industry challenges and opportunities.

**What we are looking for**:

- You are enrolled as a student (M/F/d) in a relevant field of study (e.g., business administration, economics, computer science, engineering) for a minimum of 24 months.
- Keen interest and enthusiasm for the insurance and InsurTech industry, its trends and insurance related technology.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- Independent and proactive working style.
- Open-minded, and creative, bringing innovative perspectives and strategies.
- Excellent communication skills in English, German language skills are a plus
- Superb knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint are important.
