Our team is looking for a **highly motivated intern to support us with Financial and Strategic Advisory topics.** As an intern in our team, you will contribute to shaping the strategic future of our sales organization within Munich Re. Come and unlock your potential with us **We as a team are/ work with**: - a dynamic team with a global reach - modern management & project management techniques - creative and open-minded with the spirit to think outside the box - with a drive to deliver from beginning to end and make things work - empowered and encouraged to work independently yet collaboratively **Your job**: Together we will be working on the execution of our global Financial Advisory and Business Intelligence projects, which includes: - Conducting market, competitor and financial analyses using financial databases (e.g., S&P Capital IQ) and visualization of the results - Assessing and interpreting capital market developments (e.g., interest rates, reinsurance capitalization) and summarizing key findings - Supporting current cross-divisional strategy projects for the top management - Supporting ad-hoc requests from the management **Your profile**: We are looking for an intern who is/has - completed their bachelor’s degree or are pursuing their master’s degree in business administration/economics with a focus on finance, accounting or a comparable field of study with above - average academic performance - gained initial work experience in the financial, consulting or industrial sector - high affinity for capital markets, corporate finance and financial data - excellent analytical, methodical and conceptual skills as well as a high degree of solution orientation and the ability to think "out of the box" even under time pressure - commitment, team spirit and communication skills - fluent in English both written and verbally, basic German would be a plus As part of Munich Re, you will gain insights into the world's leading reinsurer and together with our team shape the strategic future of sales.
