**Tasks**:

- Continued development of the compliance management system with an emphasis on anti-bribery and corruption and antitrust, including risk assessments, the drafting of guidelines, the implementation of spot checks and focus audits, and the creation of reports
- Communication and coordination with local compliance officers in subsidiaries
- Development, delivery, and monitoring of compliance training in collaboration with HR

**Requirements**:

- A completed degree in law, economics, or a comparable qualification
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in the field of compliance within the Big 4, a law firm, or industry
- Very good analytical and conceptual skills in connection with independent, solution-oriented, and structured working methods as well as the ability to present complex issues in a simplified manner
- Good Knowledge of German language and fluent English skills required.
