We are looking for an enthusiastic, well-organized individual, who has excellent communication skills and is able to work well in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.

As part of this role, you can expect to undertake the following tasks:

- Quality Assurance visits to commissioned services.
- Producing improvement plans/actions plans to support quality improvement.
- Liaising with key teams in Medway Council such as, LADO, SEN, social work teams, senior management.
- Developing relationships with external stakeholders and professionals.
- Developing and maintaining robust quality assurance processes in line with up-to-date regulations and legislation.
- Providing Children’s Access to Resources with up to date and accurate information on providers to support their placements searches.
- Monitoring and increased quality assurance oversight on complex/high risk placements.
- Supporting with commissioning programmes and projects.
- Leading on complex safeguarding cases and holding providers/services to account in line with quality and regulatory standards.
- Working in partnership with Jersey Council to deliver robust quality assurance oversight for Jersey Council Placements.
