**Grow with us - Start your career at IU International University** Support our Team at **one of our locations** or **remotely across Germany**, starting **immediately** in **full-time** as **Senior Product Owner (M/F/d)**. **Your tasks**: - Product Strategy and Vision: You define and articulate the long-term product strategy and vision for your product area, aligning it with the overall business goals and define product roadmaps that drive customer satisfaction and business success. - Cross-functional Leadership: You collaborate closely with design and engineering teams. You provide guidance and support, resolve conflicts, and facilitate collaboration to ensure the product's timely and successful launch. - Product Discovery: You don’t get carried away by the volume of stakeholder requirements and complexities. You dive deep into your area in collaboration with your business stakeholders, identify the underlying problem, link the user and the system perspective, and derive scalable simple solutions. - Product Planning and Execution: You are not scared of planning and progress tracking. You develop and maintain detailed product plans, including feature prioritization, release schedules, and resource allocation. You work with engineering teams to define technical requirements, scope projects, and track progress. You are responsible for driving the execution of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations. - Product performance: A product is not done with its delivery. You monitor and evaluate product performance, iterate on the product roadmap, and drive product success through effective launch and adoption strategies. - Stakeholder Management: You engage with internal and stakeholders to provide updates on product strategies, roadmap progress, and business impact. You effectively communicate complex concepts and trade-offs, build consensus, and influence decision-making. **Your profile**: - You have 6+ years of experience in product management of complex products in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment. And you have loved every minute of it. - You have strong analytical skills and the ability to dive deep to get to the best solution. You can break down complex processes and create simple solutions around explicit business requirements. - You strive the right balance between defending your plans and adapting to new circumstances. Change doesn’t scare you. - You have a track record of delivering complex products, defining iterations and aligning roll-outs with stakeholders. - You follow a data driven approach, KPIs are in your DNA and you are constantly iterating on and improving your product. - You possess strong stakeholder management skills to effectively communicate and align with these cross-functional teams. - You can inspire and influence teams, facilitate collaboration, and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
