Voraussetzungen:

- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Tätigkeit oder einen Technikerabschluss
- Mind. 2 Jahre Erfahrung als Qualitätsprüfer (w/m/d) oder als Qualitätsinspektor (w/m/d) in der Luftfahrt
- Erfahrung in Mitarbeiterführung und Schulung
- Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich kontinuierliche Verbesserung, idealerweise erste einschlägige Erfahrungen wie z.B. aktive Teilnahme an Kaizenevents
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit dem PC (MS Office, idealerweise auch SAP)
- Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch verhandlungssicher, Englisch fließend
- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und Streben nach kontinuierlicher Verbesserung

Primäre Aufgaben:

- Personalverantwortung, insbesondere:

- Schicht
- und Urlaubsplanung
- Zeitverschreibung/-erfassung
- Leistungsbeurteilungen
- Training / Multiskilling
- Support Ressourcenplanung (% load) und Vorstellungsgespräche
- Aufgabenverteilung und Priorisierung
- Koordination und Absicherung der Schichtübergaben
- Eskalation an Quality Manager (z.B. disziplinarische Themen)
- Einhaltung und Umsetzung der EH&S und sonstiger betrieblicher sowie gesetzlicher Vorschriften
- Aktive Unterstützung aller Continuous Improvement Aktionen
- Mitarbeit im Team abhängig vom aktuellen Arbeitsvolumen
- Kommunikation mit den Kunden bezüglich Anfragen und Beanstandungen
- Kontrolle ausgeführter Arbeiten lt. Produktionsunterlagen inklusive Dokumentation
- Erstellen von Dokumenten wie FAI, IPU, QN, QA Reports, Concession u.s.w.
- Erstellung und Pflege von u.a. Folio 5
- Umsetzen der internen (VA’s, EEP´s) Standards im Werk Hamburg
- Receiving Inspections
- Arbeit im MRB system einschl. SAP; Teamcenter, u.s.w.
- Koordination von Teilen im Sperrlager (Non Conforming Hardware)
- Aktive Mitarbeit im kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess (CORE)
