die Beratung hinsichtlich Erarbeitung und Verhandlung von kollektivrechtlichen Regelungen und Standards zur unternehmensweiten Umsetzung arbeitgeberseitiger, personalpolitischer Themen dein Steckenpferd ist.

du das Monitoring von Rechtssprechungs
- und Gesetzesänderungen sowie Sicherstellung der Umsetzung der daraus resultierenden Veränderungen übernimmst.

du bringst idealerweise ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse im Individual
- und Kollektivarbeitsrecht mit.

- und Problemlösungskompetenz sowie diplomatisches Geschick sind für dich selbstverständlich.

dich zeichnet eine hohe Umsetzungsstärke sowie ein sehr gutes Verständnis von „politischen Notwendigkeiten“ und Gespür für das Machbare aus.

du hast Freude an strukturierter und nachhaltiger Wissensvermittlung und verstehst dich als fachliche*r Ansprechpartner*in der Kolleg*innen im Team.

Die Position kann in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit (mind. 80%) ausgeführt werden.
