**Your Role**

Are you a skilled Marketing & PR professional with a passion for creating impactful campaigns? Join us as a **Senior Marketing & PR Specialist**where you'll plan and execute comprehensive corporate communications and marketing initiatives for the DACH region. Your role will involve developing DACH and local B2B marketing campaigns, managing external communications, and enhancing our corporate affairs in Germany. You'll collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure message consistency and adapt global content for local audiences.

In this position, you'll develop and execute data-driven DACH and local go-to-market campaigns, aiming to increase brand awareness and generate leads. You'll manage DACH and local press releases, media content, and thought leadership pieces, working closely with local agencies and the regional PR team. Additionally, you'll participate in the regional EMEA PR Counsel to share and amplify activities, educate target media and influencers about Digital Realty, and create integrated content calendars for targeted DACH campaigns.

**Your Profile**
- Educated to Bachelor/Master level in journalism, communications studies or marketing
- Minimum of 5 years working experience either for an agency or a Marketing organization (preferably having worked in or for the Tech industry with a B2B focus) in a global corporate working environment
- Commercial experience - manage local budget and suppliers
- Pro-active attitude, can do mentality, adaptable
- Ability to work in a matrix organization in an fast-paced environment
- Highly proficient in spoken and written, both in German and English
- Must be willing and able to travel
