Aftermarket Business Development Specialist

Nordson T&I is looking for an **Aftermarket Business Development Specialist**.
**Job Summary**
- Drive the profitable growth of the Test & Inspection aftermarket business
- Create innovative business models with added value for our customers
**Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Work with the technical aftermarket product manager to identify the greatest growth opportunites, based on customer benefit, installed base, ROI
- Develop and implement pricing strategies in the aftermarket area
- Develop business models for new services and service agreements
- Manage the systematic introduction of aftermarket products: global roll-out, identification of target customers, regional product market initiatives(in cooperation with the sales & service regions)
- Create sales tools (presentations, data sheets, newsletter) and provide sales trainings
- Implement metrics to measure the success in terms of revenue and margins vs. budget
- Control and optimize margins of parts, service contracts and upgrades
**Education and Experience Requirements**
- Commercial education with technical aspects or technical education with a strong commercial component (for example Wirtschaftsingenieur, Techn. Betriebswirt )
- Experience in the capital goods industry
**Preferred Skills and Abilities**
- English & German language
- Good communication and cooperation skills
- Proven skills of successful product or project management
- Strong commercial skills (cost, ROI, Excel )
- Entrepreneurial thinking
**Working Conditions and Physical Demands**
- Occasional worldwide travel may be requested to work with sales regions, product line teams, commercial teams and customers around the globe
