As a **Director of Procurement Excellence**, you will ensure:

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in procurement, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, procurement technology, and market trends.
- Proven track record of optimizing procurement operations, reducing costs, and enhancing supplier relationships.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments and levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in procurement software, data analytics, and supply chain management tools. Experience with ML and Generative AI preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CSCP, CPSM, or CPM are a plus.
