I'm sourcing on behalf of our client, a promising pre-product AI startup. They are currently seeking a talented and motivated CTO to lead their technical department and contribute to the development of their MVP. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and shape the future of AI from the ground up

Position: CTO
Location: Berlin (hybrid)

**Salary**: Competitive (DOE), with stock options included

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and implementation of the company's product and technology strategy, focusing on building the MVP and ensuring it aligns with the overall business strategy.
- Collaborate with the founding team to build a high-performing technology department and assemble an exceptional team of professionals.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, exploring opportunities to integrate them into the company's products and services, especially in the areas of SaaS, AI, Augmented Reality, and IoT.
- Act as a key representative for the company on technology-related matters, participating in industry events, conferences, and other relevant forums.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a CTO or senior technology leader in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and the ability to leverage them effectively.
- Passion for technology and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to build and guide a talented team.
