The right content at the right time - quite a buzzword - nevertheless still quite true? Does this echo in you? If so and you are eager to create customer journeys along the lifecycle from first brand touchpoints over commercial-driven purchase decisions to churn prevention measures using direct customer communication channels you should continue to read and apply.

**Your responsibilities**
- You are combining a data drive mindset, you enable the needed segmentation for this as well as find the best entry points for a customer-centric journey this is right for you.
- Setup nurturing Journeys and working in close collaboration with the content team to create creative content for customer behavior and demand identification is also in your scope.
- You will analyze and report on the performance of marketing automation campaigns and make recommendations for improvements.

**What you bring along**
- You bring a strategic and data-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality, targeted communications to drive engagement, conversion and ROI.
- Ideally, you have approx. 4+ years of experience in a digital / eCommerce driven company or similar organization.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Adobe Campaign/Adobe Journey Optimizer as part of AEP or Marketo, Pardot, etc.
- A highly analytical mindset with superb problem-solving skills combined with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field.
- Perfect command of the English language is a mandatory requirement - any other European language is a plus.
