As a controller for Scantinel you are responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations of our company. You play a crucial role in ensuring the effective financial strategies and controls.
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Developing and implementing financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to support our growth objectives.- Conducting financial analysis and providing insights to support decision-making.- Financial Reporting: Preparing accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.- Cash Flow Management: Monitoring and managing the cash flow, including cash flow projections, cash flow analysis, and optimizing working capital.- Financial Controls: Establishing and maintaining internal controls to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.- Conducting regular audits to identify and mitigate financial risks.- Tax Planning and Compliance: Collaborating with external tax advisors to develop tax strategies and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.- Fundraising and Investor Relations: Assisting in fundraising activities, including preparing financial models, investor presentations, and due diligence materials. Building and maintaining relationships with investors and stakeholders.**Your main responsibilities**:
**You should have**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Controller or similar role in a start-up or fast-paced environment.- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.- Proficiency in financial software and systems, such as Excel, and ERP systems.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Experience in fundraising and investor relations is a plus.- Homeoffice / Mobile Office- Flexible working hours- Cantine- Employee Discounts- Job Bike- Company Mobile- Good access to public transportation- Company Events- Modern Workplace**Our Benefits**:
