The objective of the Company is to develop, produce, commercialize, install and maintain computer software, computer equipment and various types of information systems. **Financial Planning and Analysis** (FP&A) team is looking for a new team member We are searching for an ambitious individual to work as a **Senior FP&A Controller (m/w/d) **in our office in Munich. The Business Finance team of Arrow ECS in the DACH cluster consists of 7 colleagues in Munich and Linz (Austria), supported by shared service center in UK and Poland. The team is led by the CFO ECS DACH, who is based in Munich. Within the DACH Finance team, the FP&A team is responsible for management reporting and budgeting/forecasting. **What You Will Be Doing at Arrow ECS ?** The **Senior FP&A Controller **is responsible for **all periodic and ad-hoc management reporting** and for the **budgeting/forecasting process in Germany**. You will collaborate intensively with stakeholders in the German business team to understand drivers in the market and how these impact financial results. You will also work closely with Arrow's EMEA FP&A team at our European HQ in Paris to see the German entity from a broader European and global perspective, and with our Accounting and AP shared service teams in UK and Poland. - Perform sales data analytics to develop key insights on performance and future trends - Support finance team and drive partnership with local business leads through strong operational finance and accounting knowledge - Animate the company financial revenue forecast, operating expenses and financial reporting process and prepare briefing materials for senior management - Supporting finance and accounting transactional processes such as record to report and source to settle, including forecasting accruals - Tracking vendor/customer rebate schemes and other provisions/accruals - Develop / integrate metrics for tracking company performance budgets and forecasts vs. goals, preparing and presenting KPI's for revenues and operational income performance - Implement improvements of our ERP, BI reporting landscape - Collaborating cross functionally with stakeholders in the business as well as business finance and shared service accounting team to ensure consistent and accurate use of financial data **What Are We Looking For ?** - Relevant **financial master degree in controlling / accounting **with US-GAAP knowledge - Fluent in **English and German**: - ** Experience working **with data analytics or reporting tools is a plus (MS Excel, HFM, SmartView, Power BI or other BI tools) - You have the ability to **dig into through large complex data** in an easy to grasp manner with high attention to detail - Enjoy taking full **ownership** of your task and the entire company from day one with great commitment, **curiosity** and independent work style - Experience conducting complex analytic assignments in a fast-paced environment - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a **strong hands-on mentality** and **can-do** attitude - Related work experience of 5-7 year required **What is in it For You ?** - Salary in accordance with the market - Flexibility/ Home office possibilities - Great development opportunities - A strongly growing organization and business - An international, dynamic, informal and fun working environment **Arrow is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse working environment by providing equal employment opportunity for all qualified persons.** **Location**: DE-Munich, Germany (Elsenheimerstraße) **Time Type**: Full time **Job Category**: Accounting/Finance
