For our sales team we’re looking for a Key Account Executive (M/F/d)
Your mission
As an Key Account Executive you will be in charge of working with accounts in the allocated territory, focusing on net new lines of business. You will be creating value for our customers with Lendis OS - a very sticky and needed solution to make employees happy at work.
- You combine the interests of multiple client stakeholders to drive account revenue growth
- You are responsible for strategic mutual account planning to motivate and lead prospect stakeholders to see the value that Lendis OS brings to their business
- You build everything around your ultimate customer (the organization's employee) and make sure you drive a win win scenario for all stakeholders
- You are obsessive with the accuracy of our CRM data
- You achieve monthly/quarterly quotas of pipeline and closed business
About the team
- the team is a critical component of our go-to-market strategy and presents an outstanding opportunity to work on SaaS sales cycles with an industry-agnostic customer base throughout Europe (and beyond)
- You will work in collaboration with our Customer Success, Sales Development and Business Development teams
**Profile**:
- 4+ years of sales experience selling to the enterprise market, including experience with SaaS
- You have strong account mapping skills (finding new business, dealing with strategic accounts, cross functional team-selling)
- You have a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- You have the ability to build rapport and relationships with senior clients
- You have a great attitude that can maneuver through ambiguity and ability to work and collaborative with a growing team
- You have a “can do” attitude and are relentless in pursuing goals and solving problems
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills (English is a must, any other European language is a plus)
Your hiring journey
- Screening Interview with TA (30 minutes)
- Team Interview with Team Lead (30 min)
- Technical Interview with our VP Sales (45 min)
- Two reference interviews with a (former) team lead and colleagues (10 min each)
- We will make you an offer, send you your contract, and look forward to your onboarding
