Clinical Research Associate II - Germany

Jordan Griffiths is representing a leading global provider of outsourced drug and device development and commercialization services to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and government organizations, and they are seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate II to be based in Germany.
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring clinical trials and ensuring compliance with protocols, ICH-GCP, and applicable regulations. Key duties include:

- Planning monitoring visits and developing guidelines
- Conducting on-site visits to investigate trials, interview investigators, check data and files
- Identifying issues, tracking resolutions, and reporting to project teams
- Reviewing case report forms and resolving data queries
- Preparing monitoring reports and visit summaries
- Building relationships with study sites and maintaining cooperation

**Requirements**:
**To qualify, you must have**:

- 3+ years of CRA experience in pharmaceuticals or CRO industry
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and German regulatory requirements
- German language fluency (written and verbal)
- Ability to travel frequently to study sites across Germany
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
