Clinical Research Associate (m/w/d)

Wir suchen eine(n) motivierte(n) und erfahrene(n) _Clinical Research Associate (CRA)_, der/die für die **Überwachung und Durchführung von klinischen Studien** verantwortlich ist. Als CRA sind Sie für die Überwachung der Studiendurchführung und die Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller regulatorischen Vorgaben verantwortlich.

**Das erwartet Sie**:

- Planung und Durchführung von Onsite
- und Remote-Monitoring-Besuchen gemäß Monitorplan
- Schulung von Untersucher und Standortpersonal zu strikten Vorschriften für Meldung von Nebenwirkungen
- Identifizierung von Problemen und Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Korrekturmaßnahmen-/Präventivmaßnahmenplänen
- Sicherstellung einer rechtzeitigen Behebung von Problemen, die Einhaltung oder Qualität beeinträchtigen können
- Beitrag zur Zusammenstellung von TMF und Studiendokumenten
- Mitglied des Audit-/Regulatory-Inspektions-Teams
- Selbstständige Durchführung aller Aufgabenbereiche und eigenständiges Lernen
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Country Lead Monitor und dem CRA-Team

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Naturwissenschaftliche oder medizinische Ausbildung und mind. 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung im Monitoring von klinischen Studien (bevorzugt Phase II/III)
- Fundierte IT-Kenntnisse (MS-Office)
- Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands für 1-3 Tage inkl. Übernachtung
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Erfahrung mit eCRF (bevorzugt RAVE) wären wünschenswert
