The HelloFresh Group now includes our core brand, HelloFresh, as well as: GreenChef, EveryPlate, Chef's Plate, Factor, and Youfoodz. **The role**: As part of our newly formed Operations Strategy & Analytics Team, we are looking for a motivated intern to help us plan, build, rollout, and maintain data products that enable better decision-making across HelloFresh production. You will be expected to support the data quality initiatives of fulfilment performance metrics, that drive our global warehouse operations; you will also assist senior stakeholders on our team (Data Product Managers, Analysts, Project Managers..) with their day-to-day activities. Above all, we are looking for people who will **make HelloFresh** **better.** We believe there are many different ways of developing skills and we love diverse experiences So even if you don't "tick all the boxes" but think you'd thrive in this role, we would really like to learn more about you. **What you'll do**: - Assist in the development, set-up, and implementation of new data products which support global fulfilment operations. - Prioritize and maintain existing reporting queries, data tools/products and proactively implement data quality improvements accordingly. - Render ad-hoc analysis, synthesize your results, and translate them into actionable insights; you'll support projects across multiple departments as they make decisions from your insights, so you will be expected to produce clear, concise presentations of your findings. - Provide administrative support to our analytics team, such as scheduling, agenda, material preparation/documentation, and action tracking for meetings (e.g. planning sessions, progress updates, team meetings). - Collaborate with advanced analytics teams in HQ, supporting them with requirements definition, KPI analysis and helping increase transparency and data-awareness. - Support in developing, standardizing and maintaining our knowledge management tools and ticketing system. - Support with team building and engagement activities to create a positive team culture. **What you'll bring**: - You are in your Masters studies (Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics or Business, with a strong quantitative focus) and can commit at least 6 months to an internship. - You are proficient with Excel, SQL, and at least one data visualization tool (we use Tableau in HelloFresh); experience with PostGreSQL and S3 preferred. - You analyse, not regurgitate.
