**About the role**

As a Strategy Intern you will take on meaningful responsibility from day one. When staffed on a project team, you will support the Strategists and Strategy Leads by helping to run individual workstreams and injecting fresh energy, proactivity and insight into the team. Outside of project work, you will contribute to our company culture by sharing your work and ideas in wider company settings. Some of the key parts of the role include:

- Developing an understanding of your client - the challenges they face, the market they operate in and everything else in-between
- Contributing to the planning, preparation and facilitation of working sessions - both internal brainstorms (“swarms”) and external client workshops and presentations
- Carrying out both primary research (e.g. customer interviews, mystery shopping, customer testing) and deep market research and analysis (e.g. commercial analysis)
- Working closely with our creative team to help build the story and create decks (presentations) and other materials needed for client meetings and pitches
- Contributing to the creation of project deliverables (e.g. case studies, insight reports)
- Presenting your work and elements of presentations with confidence and clarity
- Sharing your thoughts and ideas in wider company settings on how to improve and evolve our company culture

**Role requirements**
- Razor-sharp analytical and commercial thinking, coupled with impeccable written and spoken English (C2 CEFR)
- Willingness to take responsibility in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
