**Purpose of Job**
Responsible to collect and compile HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the local payroll systems and SuccessFactors, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitors’ practices, and other sources.
**This position is a fulltime 2 years Limited Contract.**
**Your responsibilities at C&A**
- Collecting data on SAP SuccessFactors and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, employment records, and exit interviews
- Implementing relevant HR metrics to determine the efficiency and impact of the workforce
- Analyzing data and statistics for trends regarding recruiting, performance management, compensation benefits, learning management, turnover, general demographics
- Optimizing and implementing new data processes and systems
- Compiling reports of data results and presenting these to senior managers
- Maintain and help to develop our HR cockpit
- Support the business teams through regular KPI performance analysis and reviews and quantify analysis as well as recommendations on business decisions and forward-looking projections to contribute to better decision-making and profitable growth
**What we expect from you**
- University degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with HR operations, such as hiring, payroll, and compensation benefits
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, and the ability to create charts, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Very good knowledge of using excel for analysis (e.g., VLOOKUP) and managing of pivot tables
- Strong analytical and solution driven skills with a high ability for data
- Foundational Basic knowledge of financial metrics, KPIs and the functioning of P&L (profit & loss), balance sheet and cash flow statements
- Fluent English Language
- Ideally basics knowledge regarding SuccessFactors
