The Product Marketing specialist plays a pivotal role in driving product adoption, revenue growth, and market share through the development and execution of go-to-market strategies. They conduct market analysis relevant to shaping product positioning, Value propositions, messaging, and differentiation. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, they ensure alignment between product management, sales and demand generation. They craft compelling content and campaigns to effectively communicate the product’s value proposition to target audiences, thoroughly understanding buyer journeys and persona’s.
This role is a remote position so Location will be flexible.
Product Strategy & Market Execution
- Work in partnership with Product Managers to develop and execute product strategies, updates, and launches across various channels and markets based on portfolio performance.
Sales Enablement & Content Development
- Develop sales enablement tools and ensure the availability of appropriate marketing materials.
- Collaborate with demand generation teams to support market penetration efforts.
- Lead in the development of thought leadership materials.
Messaging & Value Proposition
- Assist with the defining and generating of value propositions and messaging for product lines and key new product releases.
- Ensure consistent branding and storytelling for secondary treatment brands across the organization.
Market Research & Customer Insights
- Work with product managers to understand market size, drivers, and segmentation to support customer-facing strategies.
- Assist with gathering Voice of Customer (VoC) and Voice of Sales (VoS) insights to inform marketing strategies.
Event & Tradeshow Support
- Identify key strategic product tradeshows and conferences.
- Provide content and marketing support for events to enhance product visibility and engagement.
5-10 years experience in marketing, communications, product marketing or B2B marketing.
Fluent in English (Additional languages such as French, German, or Spanish would be an advantage)
