Do you consider yourself an HR professional and know what it means to provide HR operational and key strategic services to a global company? In this role you provide HR services as Talent Management, People Development and Leadership Excellence within the Power & Sensor Systems Division. You act as main contact for all relevant HR topics and drive culture-, strategy
- and process topics.

In your new role you will:

- Work side-by-side with **business representatives and managers **to come up with solutions for **people related operational topics**:

- Jointly support **strategic people management activities **with Lead HRBP and Global HRBP
- Actively **coach and support managers in developing their people management skills**:

- Adapt **talent strategies to the needs of the business **and support **talent management activities **(incl. recruiting)
- Handle difficult issues in **compliance and employee relations**:

- Build effective **people-management and employee relations skills**

You easily cooperate across boundaries with all relevant stakeholders, are aware of cultural differences and appreciate the contributions of other people. You think and act solution oriented, enjoy taking over challenging topics and would always remain in the driver seat of tasks even in busy times.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A degree in **Economics, Psychology **or related fields
- At least **5 years working experience in HR Business Partner or similar roles **in an international working environment with all Business Partner related responsibilities, e.g. in shaping and deploying HR processes
- Ability and **experience in consulting the business**:

- Experience in providing both **operational and strategic HR topics **within a **matrix organization in an international context**:

- Know-how in facilitating **organizational development, change management **as well as **workshop moderation, project management **experience would be a plus
- Good understanding of **individual and collective labor law**:

- A strong **intercultural mindset **, ideally with international experience or background
- Fluent **German **and **English **communication skills
