Wir suchen eine/n **talentierte/n Project & Operations Coordinator**, um reibungslose Abläufe sicherzustellen und **Innovation** und **Effizienz** in unseren Prozessen weiter voranzutreiben.

Deine Aufgaben
- **Koordination interner und externer Projekte**:Kontinuierliches Management, Dokumentation und Budgetkontrolle über die gesamte Projektlaufzeit.
- **Operative Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft**:Unterstützung bei Buchhaltung, Finanzplanung, sowie allgemeine Büro
- und Betriebskoordination.
- **ERP-System und Bestandsmanagement**:Einrichtung und Verwaltung eines neuen ERP-Systems für eine effiziente Warenwirtschaft.
- **Sales Support**:Unterstützung des Key Account Managements u.a. durch Bestandskoordination, Auftragsabwicklung, Dokumentation und Analysen.

Dein Profil
- Bachelor
- oder Master-Abschluss in **BWL, Management, Supply Chain Management** oder einem ähnlichen Fachgebiet und **Wohnsitz im Raum Stuttgart**.
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, in der Betriebsverwaltung oder im Supply Chain Management.
- Fließende **Deutsch**:

- und **Englisch**kenntnisse.
