**Your team**

We are the Securities Transfer team, within the division of Banking Operations. We consist of multiple highly qualified Banking Specialists, providing excellent Business Processes as a Service. With Avaloq’s state-of-the-art banking software and smart reliable processes we aim to provide efficient value add services in a constantly changing banking environment.

**Your mission**
- Handling of incoming and outgoing securities transfers in the external clearing systems
- Postings of securities transactions in the internal clearing system
- Various reconciliation tasks (e.g. position differences for clients)
- Conducting statistics for the clients
- Registrations and de-registrations of German registered shares with the Registrar of Companies as well as adjustment of differences
- Supporting the team leader in managing the team

**Qualifications**:
**What you need**
- Completed training as a bank clerk
- Professional experience within the financial services industry
- Knowledge and experience in the processing of securities transactions
- Fluent German and very good English language skills
