- Completed degree in legal / fully qualified lawyer
- Several years of professional experience in national and European banking and stock exchange law
- Specialisation or previous experience in another field of law e.g. IT law, contract law, insolvency law or other
- Experience in negotiating and drafting contracts in German and/or English
- Interest in and commitment to professional development / participating in trainings
- Independent, precise and solution-oriented way of working within a team and across departments
- Very good communication and presentation skills in German and English (written and spoken)
- Other foreign languages would be an advantage

With your expert knowledge in exchange and banking law, you support the various specialist departments within EEX Group in all legal issues which may arise from the interaction of an internationally operating group with various exchanges and a clearing house.

**You bring along**:

- Completed legal training as a fully qualified lawyer, or comparable international degree
- Several years of professional experience in national and European banking and stock exchange law
- Specialisation or previous experience in another legal speciality desirable, e.g. IT law, contract law, insolvency law or a foreign legal field such as common law
- Experience in negotiating and drafting contracts in German and/or English
- Interest in and commitment to professional development
- Independent, precise and solution-oriented way of working within a team and across departments
- Very good communication and presentation skills in German and English (written and spoken)
- Other foreign languages would be an advantage
