HR Graduate Program (f/m/d) international

Our international HR Graduate Program with a duration of 18 months offers you exciting insights as well as diverse learning opportunities in an international logistics company. Our aim is to develop top diverse talent towards future expert and managerial roles for our human resource functions at Rhenus Freight Road. **WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT**:

- You will be responsible for your own tasks from the start and will support various projects and initiatives that are to be introduced in the respective country.
- The project will mainly relate to the areas of recruiting, employer branding and personnel development.
- Those projects could be the conception of digital and analogue training offers, the rollout of our talent management system or the implementation of employee benefits or referral programs.
- Last but not least, you will get the chance to build a network while gaining international work experience and have the option for future development.

**WHAT YOU BRING**:

- Ideally, you will have completed your master's degree in human resources management, business administration, psychology or education with a focus on human resources.
- You have already gained your first practical experience in HR, preferably in an international environment.
- You want to deal with new topics and drive them forward independently and in a solution-oriented manner.
- As an emphatic and communicative personality, it is easy for you to make contacts and build trusting personal relationships.
- You can speak English fluently, as well as one other language to a proficient level.
- You'll see it as an opportunity to travel and work at various offices within the European network.
