**Product Owner (M/F/d)**

This is a remote role but you are welcome to join us at our Munich office.

**What you will do**:

- Lead and motivate your team, successfully owning the product from first ideas to the delivery
- Ensuring that there is always an offer to the customer, external as well as internal
- Collaborate with the Product Manager who creates the roadmap and sets the business priorities
- Develop the plans based on prioritization, milestones and capacity planning
- Take ownership of the features and deliveries of your scrum team operating in a scaled agile environment with multiple teams, and handle cross-team dependencies to ensure timely feature delivery together with your fellow POs
- Track progress, assess risks and suggest mitigations using the agile framework and relevant tooling

**What you will need**:

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in delivering complex, enterprise-level software as a Product Owner or Project Manager, with a demonstrated track record of meeting customer needs in time and quality
- Coming from an Embedded, IoT, Wearable, Audio industry or a comparable business area
- Background in SW development, solid understanding of Agile principles and proven strong methodological experience. Embedded experience is a big plus
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills to lead 9-10 member cross-functional teams and peers with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Comfortable taking decisions and working autonomously in a remote environment

Nice to have:

- Background in AI, Machine Learning or related fields
