- Extensive experience in global consumer experience strategy and digital product management within E-Commerce (10+ years of proven experience)

- Strong analytical skills to interpret consumer behavior and translate insights into impactful product enhancements

As Director Global E-Commerce Digital Consumer Experience, you’ll play a key role in shaping how millions of consumers interact with our brand online.

In this role, you will:

- Lead the development and execution of a global digital consumer experience strategy that reflects PUMA’s brand values and business goals
- Own the roadmap for consumer-facing digital products, ensuring they’re intuitive, impactful, and tailored to market needs
- Collaborate with regional teams to understand local consumer behaviors and translate insights into globally scalable solutions
- Be the voice of the consumer in our E-Commerce product backlog—prioritizing features and improvements that truly enhance the user experience
- Drive innovation across the entire digital journey—from product discovery and search to checkout and repeat purchases
- Oversee UX/UI design efforts, ensuring consistency and excellence across all digital touchpoints through a robust design system
- Use data, testing, and consumer feedback to continuously optimize conversion rates and elevate the shopping experience
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Engineering, and Business Units to bring seamless, brand-aligned experiences to life
- Lead and inspire a talented team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous growth.
