**What You'll Do**:
Ninja Brands is a fast-growing, innovative consumer goods company disrupting the wellness and lifestyle sector with bold, high-performance products. We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and driven **Marketing Executive** to join our growing team. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you'll be responsible for supporting and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns that raise brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and contribute to sales growth.

This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about brand storytelling, digital marketing, and data-driven strategy.
- Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and in-store channels.
- Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and agencies to develop campaign assets.
- Assist with analyzing campaign performance and provide actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM platforms.
- Support trade marketing activities and promotional events.

**What**You'll** Bring**:

- 1-3 years of marketing experience (preferably within FMCG, retail, or lifestyle brands).
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g. Meta Ads, Google Ads, Mailchimp, Shopify/CMS).
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data and make recommendations.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Enthusiasm for innovation, trends, and consumer behaviour.
- Fluent in German and English
