**Then come and join our global team as**Cybersecurity Professional (f/m/d) in Function Partner Team**, to**enable our stakeholders to protect their respective organizations.**

**Choose the best place for your work - Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.**

**Even more flexibility?** Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- You support the implementation of cybersecurity and you define measures to ensure the realization of the overall cybersecurity strategy across the corporate functions.
- You collaborate with corporate functions (e.g. IT, HR, Legal,...) to support the implementation of cybersecurity initiatives and necessary security and risk management requirements, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and standards.
- You articulate relevant changes in cybersecurity projects, initiatives, trends etc. to process owners and key users in corporate functions.
- You provide corporate functions with KPIs on their cybersecurity performance.
- You discuss cybersecurity demands or needs of assigned function(s) from a global view.
- You convey technical expertise and terminology in clear, accessible language for stakeholders who do not specialize in cybersecurity.
- You identify opportunities for process improvements, incorporating lessons-learned from past projects, and staying informed about emerging cybersecurity trends.

**Your qualifications and experience**:

- You have a master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology or a comparable field.
- You have several years of experience as a Cybersecurity Consultant, Analyst, or similar, with a track record of identifying and assessing risks and proposing effective solutions.
- Existing experience in working in corporate functions would be of advantage.
- You effectively communicate complex cybersecurity concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- You are proficient in one or more cybersecurity domains such as Application Security, Identity and Access Management, Risk Assessments/Controls, Business Continuity, Data Security, or Human Risk.
