**Your roles and responsibilities**
- As Head of (M/F/d) Project Quality you will coordinate the global improvement team for the Filtration and Engine Peripherals business unit
- You will lead the cross-regional team in the product improvement process and coordinate with all regions
- You will accompany the new process for onePLm
- As functional head of the global project quality engineers, you are responsible for the quality of all development project results
- You manage the product development process within BU2 and ensure that the expectations of internal and external customers are met
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between different areas for processes and projects
- Establish a reliable global PQE network to ensure effective control and auditing of projects
- You lead by convincing employees and conduct project audits and are responsible for audits around the product development process

**Your skills and strengths**
- You have a successfully completed degree in engineering, life sciences or a comparable qualification
- Through your experience in project management, you exemplify proactive action and have a strong entrepreneurial understanding as well as the courage to come up with new, future-oriented ideas
- You have many years of experience in PMO/quality management
- You have several years of experience as a manager with at least 75% time spent on product development, quality and implementation activities
- You have many years of experience in project management/quality and are a certified project management professional (PMP)
- You have a comprehensive technical understanding of the products and are an expert in process knowledge for filtration products and engine peripherals or have the motivation to acquire this knowledge
- You are business fluent in German and English and have excellent communication and presentation skills at all hierarchical levels
- You also have several years of experience in a management position
- You have experience in building multicultural groups and methods on an international level
- You have an inclusive leadership approach and are a motivating role model for the team
- Thanks to your leadership experience, you inspire people with new ideas, encourage personal responsibility and have a motivating effect on those around you
- You are also familiar with conflict management methods
