Als Teil dieses Teams wird nun ein FP&A Specialist gesucht, der mit Analysen und Reports aktiv zur Steuerung der finanziellen Performance des Unternehmens beitragen kann. In einzelnen umfassen die typischen Aufgaben die Planung und Budgetierung für die Region D-A-CH, das Forecasting (rollierend), die Durchführung diverser Szenarioanalysen und Simulationen, um auch strategische Entscheidungen zu untermauern sowie das Erstellen aussagekräftiger Reportings. Für die Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals - und Jahresabschlüssen arbeitet man eng mit dem Accounting-Team zusammen. Außerdem führt man gelegentliche Ad-hoc-Analysen direkt für die deutsche Geschäftsführung durch und wirkt als Finance Business Partner gerne auch direkt mit dem Vertrieb zusammen. Diese Position des FP&A Spezialisten ist ideal für Kandidaten (m/w/d), die sich in einem dynamischen Umfeld wohlfühlen, denn er ist aufrichtig dazu eingeladen, bisherige Prozesse und Abläufe zu hinterfragen und zu verbessern.
