Digital Marketing and Lead Management Specialist

Our client is a world-class provider of high-tech products and services to the world's major industrial firms and scientific research institutions. In order to support their growth, they are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing and Lead Management Specialist (M/F/d) to join their marketing department in Ulm.
Our client is looking for a strong communicator with an affinity for technology or science and a flair for marketing to implement and manage successful e-marketing and lead management campaigns.
Tasks
\- Supporting the expansion and optimization of the company website on the basis of the existing content management system, including strategic content marketing, SEO, and performance aspects
\- Creating, dispatching, and successful monitoring of internal and external newsletters in close cooperation with the technical marketing editorial team
\- Independent development and operative implementation of the digital ad strategy on search engines and specialist portals as well as control and management of the allocated campaign budget
\- Controlling and monitoring digital marketing campaigns to acquire new customers and retain existing customers
\- Creating and presenting reports and analyses f digital marketing and sales activities
**Requirements**:
\- Degree in marketing or communications with knowledge of scientific topics or scientific degree with a demonstrated experience in digital marketing and sales communication
\- Fluent German (C2) and English (C1)
\- Experience and confidence in using CMS, CRM, and common Google tools (including Google Analytics & Ads)
\- Proven experience in SEO in general and SEO-specific content creation is a plus
\- Intuitive and high level of initiative coupled with the enjoyment of a structured, independent, and pragmatic way of working
\- Confidence in working with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
\- Experience using common graphics and image editing programs
