**Chemetall - a perfect connection**:
The Surface Treatment global business unit of BASF's Coatings division, operating under the Chemetall brand, is a leading supplier of applied surface treatment technologies for metal, plastic, and glass substrates. These specialty chemicals are used in a wide range of industries and end-markets, such as, but not limited to, automotive, aerospace, aluminum finishing, coil, and metal forming, supported by a large network of technical specialists.

**Your tasks**:

- Assist in the global coordination of topics in People & Culture (P&C) functions such as talent management, succession planning, employee surveys, performance management and employee development etc.
- Coordination and support in global P&C projects such as M&A, divestiture, restructuring, change management etc.
- Contact with various stakeholders, both locally and globally.
- Preparation of talent and succession planning meetings with collecting the respective input from the regions and P&C Business Partners and follow up of talent review meetings
- Preparation of analysis and presentation for various P&C review meetings
- Coordination of data management and ensuring data integrity in various internal tools (SuccessFactors, MS Teams / SharePoint etc.).

**Your profile**:

- Completed studies in the fields of business administration, economics or (business) psychology with a focus on human resources or comparable vocational training with corresponding further training
- At least 5 years of professional experience in international human resources
- Highly effective self-starter, independent and structured way of working, strong ability to self-organize
- High flexibility and ability to deal with and coordinate frequently changing priorities
- Very strong analytical skills
- Strong team spirit, goal-oriented and customer-oriented cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to communicate effectively across different hierarchies and geographies
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and high affinity for IT tools. Knowledge of SAP or success factors is desirable
- Fluency in both written and spoken English. Further language skills (e.g. German) are desirable
