**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are hiring a **Product Management Working Student/Intern (M/F/d) **to join our team here in Berlin. It is a great opportunity to work with dynamic and dedicated teams and help Pliant grow from strength to strength.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Developing new ideas to optimize the product continuously by putting yourself in the customer's position.
- Working with other Product Managers closely to get features from conception to launch.
- Assisting in delivering a first-class user experience that meets business objectives.
- Watching the competitive landscape closely and ensuring Pliant is the best solution for our customers.
- Analyzing and assessing the system proactively, finding improvement points and bugs, and reporting them to Product Managers.
- Supporting the release process by testing and collecting the translations of the features.
- Helping other Product managers with conducting their manual tasks.

**YOUR PROFILE**
- You have a proven track record of personal, academic, and professional achievements.
- You are an entrepreneurial person who is hands-on and would like to work in an early-stage business.
- You have already gained relevant professional experience in a dynamic environment (e.g., startup, venture capital, consulting).
- You speak English fluently, German or any additional European languages will be an advantage.
- You are available for at least 6 months.
- You are based in Berlin.
