We are looking for a full-time position at our location in **Rheinmuenster** or **Eschborn/Frankfurt** as:
**OT Security Architect (M/F/d)**
The Operational Technology Security Architect will develop the architecture and security requirements for our OT environments and security solutions that integrate with key manufacturing systems such as ABB, DeltaV, WinCC and IP21. With external threats increasing daily, our OT and IT landscapes are converging to improve and protect our manufacturing systems. The incumbent will lead and partner with stakeholders to determine and implement key security solutions and services, enhance network threat detection capabilities, design patching processes to keep manufacturing system current and harden network devices where needed. Monitor threat landscape dashboards and alerts to detect malware and malicious activity on OT systems.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop architectural requirements for security solutions to protect OT systems.
- Review critical security alerts and monitor for signs of compromise to OT systems.
- Maintain privileged access management and remote access capabilities for the OT environment as required.
- Contribute to OT security projects such as patching, AV upgrades, SOC integration, network threat monitoring and others as required to meet third party audits or reviews.
- Identifying solutions that would increase automation and reduce operational problems.
- Taking responsibility for the operational problems from reporting to resolution.
- Work across all IT functions and most business functions.
- Work with the team to help them understand the changes within Trinseo and the transition to a specialty chemical company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or computer engineering or relevant experience.
- Approximately 10 years of IT experience, several years of experience in technology operational solutions and information security support.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Purdue model, IEC 62443, NIST 800-63, Intune, IP21, patch management, CrowdStrike, CyberArk, Zscaler, security programs (CIS, Defense in Depth, CIA), IP networks, Windows operating systems, Trellix AV solutions, ABB, Delta V, WinCC, operational support solutions (Opsgenie), ServiceNow.
- Very good knowledge of the English language. German and/or French are an advantage
- Willingness to learn new skills, open to change, adaptable and customer focused.
